No, JMAC Group, LLC is not a staffing agency. We are a safety and environmental consulting firm offering a wide range of services, including audits, industrial hygiene testing, environmental compliance, and more. While we are not a traditional staffing firm, we do provide staffing solutions for our onsite safety services, placing qualified professionals such as safety advisors, auditors, consultants, inspectors, onsite EHS officers, and quality managers. These individuals work under the management of Craft Safety Inspections, a division of JMAC Group. Additionally, we offer field support services through Craft Safety Industries, another division of JMAC Group, which includes flagging, hole watch, fire watch, escort services, environmental control services, and traffic control maintenance. All personnel work under the management and supervision of JMAC Group, LLC or its affiliated divisions, ensuring reliable coverage and compliance.
No, all our personnel, including flaggers, escorts, fire watch, and hole watch workers, are W-2 employees of JMAC Group, LLC or its divisions. They work under our direct supervision and follow our safety and operational protocols. In some cases, we may partner with contracted vendors for larger projects or specific regional needs, but all personnel are thoroughly vetted and must meet our training, safety, and performance standards.
Yes, we provide services nationwide. While we strive to hire qualified local personnel whenever possible, there are instances where local staffing is not sufficient. In such cases, we deploy our experienced travel team to ensure service continuity and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Advance notice is required for all projects. The following lead times apply:
Current client projects: Minimum 1-week advance notice
Construction project start-up: Minimum 2 weeks advance notice
Airport project start-up: Minimum 3 weeks advance notice

Invoicing and Payments We invoice weekly, and payments are due upon request. Our standard payment terms are Due Upon Receipt. Net 30 terms are available for approved clients, including government projects where JMAC Group, LLC is listed as a subcontractor.
