Cancellation Policy

The pricing shown is for reference only. Final pricing is determined based on your location and specific project requirements. A detailed quote will be provided for your review and approval. If we need any additional information to complete your quote, one of our estimators will reach out to you directly. Daily Rate/Lump Sum: Services are billed per the agreed daily rate, regardless of hours spent on shift, but not exceed the indicated shift hours; modifications require written approval. Not-to-Exceed: Services beyond the agreed scope require written approval. Hourly Rate: Standard 8-12 hour workdays; overtime- Over 40 hours weekly, Sundays, and holidays billed at 1.5x the rate. Minimum Charge: A four-hour minimum applies per service request. Billing: Billing includes unit rates, travel, day rates, and expenses per contract terms. Cancellations: Must be made at least 4 hours prior. Late cancellations or denied access incur a minimum 4-hour charge; arrivals onsite result in a 6-hour minimum or full daily rate (case by case basis).
